I haven't applied it myself however reports I've read from those who have applied it, from a patch managment mailing list, indicate no problems experienced. A couple people mentioned to ensure you test printing as there were issues with the "Unofficial" patch revolving around printing. Something about the way the rendering engines submit large or graphic jobs.

Also just read a report from one member that is having an issue when you try to view an Excel file with Macros through IE it fails. When you post the same .xls with no Macros it works as it should. The only changes reported to these systems was the rollout of the WMF patch. Having said that, I haven't read of anyone else experiencing this issue.

We tested it here minutes after it was released, and didn't have any problems.

I rolled it out to 100+ workstations and all of our servers last night, no issues so far.

MS Also has .exe hotfixes for this patch, so you don't have to run windows update on every machine, or wait for auto updates to hopefully run.

Download the actual hotfixes @
