We are trying to use Remote Assistance to access other PC’s (WINXP) in our Network. On some PC’s this works fine. However, on others that have WINXP (Gateway), Remote Assistance wants to open only Remote Desktop. In the Remote Tab for System, both Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance are selected. How can I fix this so that we can use Remote Assistance?
