When trying to launch CompTIA, a training program, I get Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime eror!
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but there has been no success. I also downloaded and installed Windows updates and installed the Dell Notebook System Software ( since it is a Dell Inspiron), there has been no difference.
i need some help in resolving this problem. Can anyone help? Thanks.
