Microsoft VM(virtual machine) download

Hello,
I just downloaded IE 6.0 with an expectations to install Microsoft VM automatically but didn’t work. After the installation is finishes and see on the tools-Security-internet there are no VM installed only Java.

Is there anyway i can install the microsoft VM. I look on the microsoft website and disn’t find where to download it.
