Microsoft VPN Web Connection Problem

We are currently using Microsoft VPN for remote user connection to our core network. On the core network we have a InSite Web site setup. When remote users connect to this Web site the connect fails some of the time. Does anyone know if there is a known bug in microsoft VPN that could be causing this problem.
