There is one of the above mentioned mice hooked up to a computer that has suddenly stopped working. The software is installed, batteries have been tested and are working. The comouter system (XP Pro) detects the USB device. The user says that she had been using it for a while, then after a business trip, came back and mouse no longer worked. Had suspected faulty USB port, but had it tested and that does not appear to be the case. Does anyone have ideas on what is the cause?
