I am using Office 2019 (Not O365). I’ve installed it on my Windows 10 PC, and the application words very well. My job involves a fair amount of writing, therefore, I use the dictionary and thesaurus a great deal.
However, I get the following error when using the thesaurus: “We’re having trouble connecting to the Office Store to help you get a free or premium dictionary. Please try again later.”
Please note, I do not have an O365 subscription.
My question, does this error happen because I don’t have an O365 account, or is there something wrong with my installation of Office 2019, or is there a component missing, or what is going on?
Please help.
