Microsoft Word – Q: Insert Multiple Hyperlinks, Maintain Hyperlinks Email

by jmayberg . Updated 18 years, 11 months ago

Greetings,

My question is a two part one. The issue is that I work with Microsoft word and need to insert Networked PDF file Hyperlinks into my documents so that my co-workers can pull up the information.

The issue is that the files are saved on our networked drive and CTRL-K only allows me to insert 1 hyperlink at a time. How would I add multiple hyperlinks to a Microsoft word document? If Word will not do this how do I go around doing htis?

My next question is,
When I email these files the hyperlinks which are linked to our companies Networked shared drive lose there location point. However if this file is opened on our networked shared drive where it originates the hyperlink data is not lost.

My question is how can I email this file to a colleague who has access to the networked share drive ( with the same letters) and not lose they hyperlink data.

I know this is long but I waste so much time doing this and have scoured the internet to no avail.

Thanks!
J
