for the past two days i’ve beeen trying to download both “microsoft.net compact framework 2.0 SP1 and SP2” because i need it to run an application i bought for my HP iPAQ phone, and i have had no luck.
i have tried so many different sites and links for it, and it downloads part of it, then when i try to install it, it gives me this message:
“Error 1335. The cabinet file ‘cffiles.cab’ required fot this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.”
can anyone please help me? i don’t know that much about computers and i’ve been trying to solve this on my own but i just don’t know what to do anymore.
i’ve contacted microsoft about this, since i first tried their website, and they’ve just brushed me off with their policy and procedure.
