Migrating DHCP from a Domain Controller

When I do a "netsh dhcp server export c:\dhcp.txt all", I receive an error of "command not found". I located an article stating that you must have local administrator permissions to export the data, however this is an AD domain controller. It doesn't have local users and groups. Is this my issue or is there something else going on? If so, how do I resolve the local administrator issue? Thanks in advance.

use the 'Built-in' group

If DHCP is being served from the Domain Controller then the user be a direct member of the 'Built-in' Administrators group, as this is the equivalent group on the Domain Controllers, to be able to use the netsh DHCP commands

I have the same exactly problem Here, I?m trying to import a DHCP database to a Domain Controller, and I received a error requesting a elevation.

Ok, try this :

restart the computer in Directory Services Restore Mode, and use the administrator account to import the database as described later in this section
