Migrating profiles.

I have 2 computers in remote locations used by a sales staff. About 12 people use them. We had to set up thier profiles on each computer. We decided against using roaming profiles for a number of reasons so that is not a concideration. My question is this. Is it possible to migrate (move)NT 4.0 user profiles to 2000?
