migrating User, Group and Computers

I recently had to change my windows 2000 server DNS name. I went from Bulea.org to Burlea.local. I first installed a BDC on the network and transfer all the active directory info to this server. The problem is that after I used dcpromo to demote theorginal server that DNS from burlea.org to burlea.local . I can’t figure out how to migrate my users, groups and computer that are on the BDC to the server that is in domain burlea.local. I have seen tool for winnt 4 to win2k. But, none for win2k towin2k
