Migrating Users

How do I do the following tasks :

1 Migrating 1000 accounts users from windows nt server 4 in 1 machine to windows 2000 in another machine ?

2 Migrating 1000 accounts users from windows 2000 in 1 machine to windows 2000 in another machine ?

1 - MOVEUSER.EXE from the Resource Kit will move users from NT to 2000.

2 - ADDUSERS.EXE can export users (not move them) from one 2000 domain into a file, then you can import the users from the file into another domain.

You will need the Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) This tool does it all.

Go to microsoft at

http:// www.microsoft.com/windows2000/

and search for ADMT in the search bar. When found download the tool.
