Migration from .Net Framework 1.1 to 3.5

I am trying to migrate my code from .Net 1.1 to 3.5, and i am using Infragistics in the code.
I am unable to open the migrated code in 3.5,
Can someone suggest me in migrating , and issues with them . Thanks in Advance.
