Migration from Word 97 to Word XP

All users in my organization have been upgraded from Word 97 to Word XP. Since then, we have been facing some hitches. We extensively use the track changes and paste special and anchoring options for figures and charts. In word 97, it was easy to dothese. Word XP has flummoxed us to a degree Pls help.
