Are there any explicit instructions or articles either on the Tech Republic site or in the MS Knowledge Base dealing with how to migrate an AOL 5.0 Address Book and “Favorites” (or “Bookmarks” or whatever they call them) over to Outlook 2000? (NOT Outlook Express, by the way) I have a client that’s getting his own Website and he is going over to POP3 / SMTP mail services and doesn’t want to have to re-input hundreds of addresses and phone numbers.
