Migration to AD

When I get rid of my old NT servers and bring in a W2k AD server what tool can I use to all all my 2kPro WS to the new domain. I don’t have to go around to everybodys WS and add them to the doamin right?
Yes I might be changing the domain name for AD.

Any quick step someone can walk me through.
