Remember the little things

It is also important to provide an evironment where teams can vent frustrations with projects both in a group environment and privately. Go the extra mile, if your team has choc-o-holics, bring some to those late afternoon meetings. Often the little things relieve pressure and reenergize the team.

Take care about training

One important thing is to ensure that your team are completely trained. If you think or you know that your team needs training, please give it to them before at the start of the project. Doing that sure increase the probability of that the project finish well.
