Mircosoft Word 2000 and Windows2000 Pro

By aadena ·
Is there a setting/option in Microsoft Word 2000 using OS Windows 2000 to be able to open Word Documents without having the Documents listed on the Taskbar. Ex: Excel allows you to have One Program open and have all your excell files open within that one program and not listed on the Taskbar. Is this option available in Word?

There are some complicated work arounds.

There are no spaces or "%20"'s in the URL

DKlippert, thanks. I was unable to access your URL because I'm not a member. Anyway I did test this in win98, winNT and W2K, this is not an option. It is how ever an option in XP. In Word, tools, options, deselect "windows in taskbar".
