Hi there TechRepublic I have a problem. I changed the username and added a password to the Administrator account in XP recently. When I restarted the computer in my normal account I got a Mircosoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error stating that something was improperly terminated in C:\Program Files\HP\hpcoretech\comp\hptskmgr. Now I know I could solve the problem by just using System Restore but is there any other way to solve this.
