Mirroring of 2 raid5 servers

hi,
we are managing a datacentre where one of the concerned team member wants the win2k server to be mirrored.
we have got 2 IBM x series 360 servers on Raid5 with win2000 server.
what r the prerequisites for this(i.e. whether any additional hardware is required) and can anyone kindly give me detailed info. on this
