Mirroring of SBS 2000

My company is currently using Microsoft Small Business Server 2000. This server is running Exchange Server and ISA Server. Is there a way to create a mirror (including client licensing) of this server for disaster recovery? Another Windows 2000 server is a member server which handles data file serving and provides AD redundency.
