MIS, in Search of Answers…

I am titled as “Manager of Information Services” I am the sole IT person and I handle probably 30+ laptops/Users, 2 offices with multiple printers, wireless networks,I handle the website design, help desk/tech support/troubleshooting,cell activations,for a company where no one has a clue about tech and my boss tells me IT is a part time job, with my job load, etc.. opinions please !!
