I encounter this error sevral times with my clients computers with 815 and 440 chipset both for Intel mother.
Win2K recognized Atapi CDs as SCSI CDs. When I delete from device manager, it’s gone forever, and no way to recover it whitout reinstalling Win2K Pro.
Is there any way to recover the CD driver? It should be with Win2K CD. CD is made by SONY.
