In Windows98, all icons and tool bar are missing when I bring up the computer in standard mode. I can bring it up in safe mode and all icons are there. I scanned for a virus, there is none. This is another persons computer. They said they were on AOL, shut it down then turned it on the next day and no desktop. The only thing that does show up is the mouse curser. Any suggestions??
