If you mean the "Folder Options"
button on the Control Panel toolbar--right-click the "Standard Buttons" toolbar--click Customize--under "Available toolbar buttons" select "Folder Options"--click "Add"--close the window.

If you mean something else, click the "Add Comment" button and let us know.

man this problem was getting on me like anything, but finally.....I got a way out of this.I was just exploring the windows registry trying out some stuff, when i saw this "NoFolderOptions" field set to '1'.
When i deleted it the problem was rectified.You will find this field in the infected computer at the following registry address: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]

set the DWORD "NoFolderOptions" to 0 or just delete it....and there you go the problem is GONE!!!!.

To: cutting_veda..
Man are you ever a fricken Retard, all you have to do is this... Read on, below the code.
____________________________________
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoFolderOptions"=dword:0000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions]
"NoBrowserOptions"=dword:00000000
____________________________________
Copy all the code between the lines and paste it in Notepad, Then save as "Folderoptions.reg" Remember to leave out the quotations, After renaming it, Double Click it. It should hopefully fix the issue.. however if this don't work then someone has messed with your OS and fixing this issue involves more than trouble shooting just this one issue.. it possibly involves fixing your reg edit and task manager as well... if this is the case, THEN YES, you may have to back up all your files and do a Fresh Install.
NOW dont you think that this Answer was a bit more through?
