I have an Exchange 2000 mail system here on a Windows 2000 network with Active Directory.
I have setup all of the e-mail addresses from our group in Italy (not on the same network) as Contacts in AD to make it easy for people here to send them e-mails. The problem is that when they send us e-mails (any of them) the FROM address in any folder or the inbox does not show up, it is blank. If you have the preview pane on you can see the FROM address in the preview pane but not in the inbox. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks.
