My OS is Win 98SE and I’m using IE 5.5. Tried reinstalling both to no avail.
The problem is that IE refuses to display any images in web pages it’s reading from my hard drive, which were created on my hard drive. No problem online or when reading offline content from C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files. I use both Dreamweaver and FP2000 to create pages and the problem occurs regardless of which was used. It seems to have arisen around the time I installed and then uninstalled a downloaded copyof Instabase 4z. My antivirus prog. hasn’t flagged anything, “show pictures” is selected in IE advanced options.
