hi,
i have run norten windoctor and it says that my msn messenger is missing the msvcr80.dll file. I know this is usually fine, however my msn messenger has not been opening for a couple of days, I have even tried to reinstall it and still nothing happens and the same dll is missing. everytime i shutdown windows it also says it has trouble ending the program msn.
any suggestions?
