The File and Edit categories are missing from the Word 2000 menu bar. I have tried repairing office and also removing office. When i reinstall the two categories are still missing. I am not running in full screen mode.
The customise option in Toolswill only allow users to select specific commands ie. Open but will not allow users to select a category such as File or Edit.
