Missing or corrupted file

When I Open my system I get a message like that:

STARTING WINDOWS 98……

THE FOLLOWING FILE IS MISSING OR CORRUPTED:
C:\CD ROM\AOA TAPI.SYS
THERE IS AN ERROR IN YOUR CONFIG.SYS FILE ON
LINE 3.

However I get the system fully and there is no problem in CD ROM play also but still I get the above message whenever I open the system.

Please advise what Should I do to remove this message.
