Missing schedule service

Hello,
I have recently taken over the administration of a server in our company only to find that the schedule service is missing. Instead there is a service called task scheduler which I believe is different. I need this as I use the AT command to run Win NT backup on a remote machine. My question is how do I add the schedule service to the server and if the task scheduler service is the same as the schedule service how do I configure it to run in the administrators account rather than the local system account as it is at the moment. The option to change it is greyed out. Thanks.
