I am trying to set up Norton Ghost, but it rejects my hard drive destinations because they are not configured for System Snap.
A help file tells me that symsnap.sys should be found in %System Root% System32\drivers Folder
If this means WINNT\system32\drivers – the file is there.
Also in: System Information>Software Environments>system Drivers
The file is NOT listed here.
How do I correct this please?
