What model DSL modem do you have?
Have you manufacturer's website?

Try downloading and installing this:

after a bit of searching i found what i was looking for. in my particular case, the TI RNDIS hardware was the Actiontec DSL modem from verizon (duh, i have a usb cable plugged into it). anyway, i just went to Actiontec's site and downloaded the appropriate driver. you have to install manually via update driver from hardware manager. hope this helps.
