I have a NT machine that does not have and Sound or Mixer devices, so it says anyways. I get an error that says That the Mixer devices are either disabled or not installed. How do I enable the devices, what do I look for? Or how do I reinstall the Mixer and Sound devices? The cd-rom works, it will play the cd, but no sound will come out of the speakers. When I try to open the sound Volume control window it gives me that error, that the pc has no mixer device. How would the pc lose these devices? How do I get them back? I tried looking at the microsoft website, but I couldn’t find anything. I’ll take any help I can get. Thanks
