My question regards privacy from law enforcement on mobile (political activism concerns).
How can I be safe from having my location tracked by law enforcement? Primarily using whatsapp for communication which does give out meta data like IP address. Can the government use the IP to find my location? And can they track my historical location if I change SIM?
Would be super grateful if someone can point me to some guidelines to remaining safe from tracking when using mobile devices and whatsapp. Thanks! 🙂
