Modem

Dear all

I have win2k Professional RAS configured. I have dlink 56kpbs modem. My remote users frequently dial my modem and will download the data. I am facing problem in that

users keep on complaining they simply hearing dialing, it’s going to full ring and they are unable to connect. then we need to restart the modem and PC. This is happening frequently.

is there is any settings in modem where i need to enable the acknowledge. any other settings?
