Modem diagnostic

I Have a board (wiring board identification number is 35-8800-03)witch are impossible to finish a mopdem instalation. When we try to teste the modem comunication ( Modem Diagnostic) we get the message that there are no comunication to the modem.
Whe teste several modems and the problem remain the same
Whe are trying theb instalation of the Cretive V92 DI7533
