Modem Driver for Win2000

Q1. My laptop was previously running on Win98 and I’ve changed it to Win2000 but I can’t seem to get the correct modem Driver. Its an Internal Modem and I can’t find it from Twinhead (the model of the Laptop) neither can I find it on the Web.?

Q2. How do I donwload the Win2000 update patch into a Disk and use it on my laptop since I can’t access the internet without the correct Modem Driver?
