Modem Sharing Software for 2000 Server

I am looking for a Modem sharing software solution for Windows 2000 server. I know there is one that comes with SBS 2000. Is there one for Windows 2000.

Just need to share one to two modems on a LAN.

I am replcing an older Novell Netware solution.
