First the sound card,I have installed it many times & the computer says it is working properly.But i do not get any sound,i have connected the cable from the cd-rom to the sound card.Now the modemthe same problem but one more thing i tryed clicking on the networking icon & will will not open.All other of the icons will open.I am building this system with a sayo motherboard. Model # sy-5ehm/5eh5 v 1.2. I don’t know the name of the chip.
