modemdriver

where can i download drivers for my modem..its a phoebe micro 2000(i apparently erased them by mistake and now i cant use my modem.

That's close, but I'd suggest go to the parent directory, http://www.phoebemicro.com/Support/Driver_Download/ and pick from the choices there. There's also a FAQ with some settings inforamtion and, if all else fails, they have an email contact also: support@phoebemicro.com . GOdd luck.
