    modems configuration

    i configured two us.robbotics modem in winnt.and they are working well but i want to configure the third one…when i dial two modems they work well but the third one gives the error..so plz help me to solve this big problem for me…

      Your problem stems from the fact that COM1 and COM3 share the same IRQ, as do COM2 and COM4. Best recommendation is to enter the properties of MY COMPUTER and manually configure the interupts to values that do not conflict with one another. A goodidea, also, is to make sure that your modems do not have DIP settings making the first suggestion invalid. If you can change the settings at the modem level, find a setting that is not conflicting on the other COM ports, and reboot.
