OK the short vertion of the story,I have inherited a somewhat funtional network however am making or what to make certain changes.(full NT4 envorment)
1.set Default Screen Saver with PWD on
2.(I have requested and recive a new high speed link to the internet)I have setup a new proxy and firewall how am i going to get all 170 machine to point to ^the new proxy.
Currently the settings are pointing to the old proxy that will be taken down soon.
Q)I known that i can change setings uing the policy editor and the screen saver setting should be there the thing i need to know is how to change the IE settings with out losing any of the users settings?
Note polocies are already being used but i cannot find anything to change the IE settings.most of what i have tried does not work , any suggestions that work well and require lest amount of adin get the points
