I would like to modify the "users" group so they able to create and delete new users. This needs to be done on a windows Xp pro standalone box. Any ideas?

I didnt get your question

Do you want to give full admin powers to all local users?

If so just change those user accounts as admin

I would like to give a user basic "user" rights with the added capability of adding and creating accounts. I don't want them to be have full admin rights.

Hi

I hope you cant do that in a single xp(client) system in workgroup. If it is in Domain you can do that. Even in server operating system you can do that.

Sridhar.
