Modifying Access Database

By SevenTony ·
I have a simple two table Access 2002 database. How do I add new features (tables/forms/quieries) that I have developed on a copy to the original database (the data in the original database has grown whilst I have been developing the new features)?
Many thanks.

When you copied the DB did you

by SkipperUSN In reply to Modifying Access Database

When you copied the Database did you select it as the master? - Did you use the brief cases?

Otherwise you may have loads of manual work ... unload the old database to a flat file - then load it into the new database... and verify the links...

Now thats a horse of a different colour

Hum - I always mark one the master and the other the Replica - so that when the design is changed I can just update the replica...

Not - sure how to hand it when not done that way ... Sorry - hope someone else can answer your problem ... Don't want to point you in the wrong direction..

Good Luck..

If i start again and do the master/replica thing, you seem to be suggesting it would be much more straight forward? correct?
thanks
