I have a Dell Dimension 4550 computer. I have Windows XP with Service Pack 2. I install all updates from Microsoft. I have Spyware Doctor and Norton Internet Security 2008.
My problem is, my monitor has suddenly started blinking off and then back on. This is happening quite often. I have checked the monitor cable and it seems to be tight. What else could it be? Is there a way I can find out what is causing it? My tv has been doing the same thing but Time Warner said they are not connected. This is really bugging me.
