Please help , i got this monitor flickering problem since i resetup
my packard bell computer myself.I running on Windows 98.My problem
is my display on the monitor screen keep flickering frequently in 3 – 4 pertime
and sometime totally blackout and after the blackout the screen reappear back.
Please advise.I din’t changed any defaults setting of my computer.I even had tested
on the good monitor b4 and the results is the same
