monitor folder deletions?

I have an NT Server that has had a few folders that get deleted from time to time. I’ve gotten all the virus updates, and it appears clean.

I’ve got all the NT auditing enabled, but it’s very cumbersome to sort through.

Can anyone tell me of a way, or programs to monitor:
1 what folder and files were deleted
2 when
3 what user did it
