256 DDR
TNT2 Model64 32m Video CARD
Windows XP Home Edition
40g Hard drive
The system was recently built for customer
Delivered the system and hooked it up,upon boot-up the system starts booting,it gets to the XP Home logo screen with the bar running across that denotes operating system is loading,when the system gets to next phase,the screen becomes garbled,it flickers with the colors blinking and no picture.
Was not happening before I delivered to customer,was connected to 15″ sony trinitron it worked okay.
Customer has a Samsung SyncMaster 3nE
No electronics close by to cause interference
What could cause this problem?
Here is the kicker,reconnected another hard drive w/Windows Me and the boots all the way to the desk top with no problem.
